Audio Data

When you use NoteIQ, audio is sent to our speech recognition service for transcription. This audio is processed in real-time and immediately discarded. We do not store your audio recordings.

Transcription Data

Transcriptions are not stored on our servers. The extension maintains a local history in your browser's storage—this data never leaves your device.

NoteIQ is designed with healthcare privacy in mind:

• No audio storage: Audio is processed and immediately discarded
• No transcription storage: Stored locally in your browser only
• Encrypted transmission: All data uses TLS encryption
