By accessing or using NoteIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

NoteIQ is a Chrome extension that provides voice-to-text transcription services. The service includes:

• Speech-to-text transcription
• Multiple processing modes (Verbatim, Clean, Polished)
• Local transcription history
• Integration with web-based text fields

3. User Accounts

To use NoteIQ, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

NoteIQ offers free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free: 60 minutes total (one-time allowance)
• Lite: 60 minutes per month ($49/year)
• Pro: 1,000 minutes per month ($149/year or $18/month)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Reverse engineer or modify the extension
• Use the service to transmit malicious content

6. Healthcare Disclaimer

NoteIQ is a transcription tool, not a medical device. You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and appropriateness of transcribed content
• Compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
• Reviewing and editing transcriptions before clinical use
• Your organization's policies regarding dictation tools

7. Intellectual Property

NoteIQ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MedDevStudio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

NoteIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the extension. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
